I love the ability to work with my local clients in-person and this is great for those who love the hands-on approach. You can expect 1:1 personal training sessions at our gym space and an approach that’s designed to meet you exactly where you're at—whether you're postpartum, rebuilding strength, or just getting back into a consistent routine. Each session is personalized with movement assessments, form checkpoints, and ongoing support through the week. You’ll also gain access to the CFF client community for encouragement and resources outside the gym!

Want the energy of a group with the personalization of coaching? My in-person, small group training sessions are designed for 3–4 women with similar goals, meeting twice per week in a fun, supportive environment, and at a lower price point. Each 45-minute session includes intentional programming, technique support, and expert coaching with me right there with you—and between sessions, you’ll still have access to the CFF client community and me through the messaging app. Small groups are a great fit if you love accountability, structure, and showing up alongside others in a similar season of life.

With the hybrid training approach, you get the best of both worlds! Flexibility with the online fitness component, as well as hands-on support from in-person sessions. You’ll receive a fully customized fitness and habit-based program with weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and form review videos—plus, a monthly in-person session to work through form, posture, and personalized coaching in real life. This truly is perfect for the busy local mama who wants deeper accountability.

Not local? No problem! This is why I offer a completely virtual experience. My online program is all encompassing, meaning you get both the personal training AND habit coaching (focusing on nutrition and lifestyle), full programming, a monthly Zoom call, personalized feedback, access to the CFF client community and additional resources to help you along the way. Online training gives you the tools, support, and flexibility to show up for your health—on your schedule. Custom options available upon request as well.
Who We Are At Caden’s Farm Fitness
Caden’s Farm Fitness started as a way for me to heal—through movement, intention, and a lot of grace. After our son Caden was born to heaven, fitness became more than just something I did... it became a lifeline.
This space is a reflection of that journey. I created CFF to support the everyday mama—the one doing it all, pouring into everyone else, and trying to find her way back to herself. Whether you’re showing up after loss, in the thick of motherhood, or learning how to care for your body again, you belong here.
Everything I do is rooted in purpose, in community, and in Caden’s memory—hence, the many aspects of Caden’s Farm Fitness that includes personal training, Caden’s Farm Memorial Fund, “Stronger Through Our Angels” clothing line, and hosting and supporting various events throughout the community (like Wave of Light).
We want Caden’s name to be spoken, seen and thought of throughout the community and beyond forevermore, and Caden’s Farm Fitness is how we do that.
